Ecommerce Europe e-Regulations Working Committee

The committee deals with a broad range of different topics, from the protection of personal data to tax issues related to e-commerce sector.   Current policy priorities of the e-Regulations Working Committee include consumer rights, contract law, data protection and privacy, geo-blocking, role of online platforms, VAT and taxation and competition issues.
