National E-commerce Association: FEVAD

Other news:
- 30 October: France will return into a nationwide quarantine as of 30 October. The quarantine will last until 1 December.
- 15 October: As of this weekend, France will impose a four-week curfew on nine main cities to combat the deteriorating health situation.
- 30 September: French Prime Minister Jean Castex reached an agreement with Renaud Muselier, president of the French Regions, on a plan which should unlock €20 billion in investments.
- 24 September: France will implement extra measures in the cities of Lyon and Nice, the health minister said Thursday. Earlier, the government already imposed extra measures in Marseille, Bordeaux, and Guadeloupe. The country registered more than 10,000 new confirmed coronavirus cases on Thursday, setting a new daily record.
- 10 September: On 3 September, French Prime Minister Jean Castex presented a national two-year recovery plan of €100 billion. €35 billion will be invested in social programs and health care, €35 billion in business competitiveness, and a last €30 billion will be invested in the green transition.
- 27 August: the French government is expected to present a €100 billion recovery plan on 3 September. The new plan comes on top of existing measures that amount to €460 billion in public spending and loan guarantees.
- 27 August: France’s minister for European Affairs stated on 24 August that France will announce COVID-19-related restrictions for British travelers in the coming days. The measures follow the introduction of a British quarantine for French nationals entering the United Kingdom, and can be classified as retaliatory measures.
