On 6-8 June, Ecommerce Europe joined the European retail and grocery community for a coming together to reimagine its future and lead the narrative for the global e-commerce industry at Shoptalk Europe. This year, the event was hosted at ExCel London and welcomed over 3,000 representatives from large retailers and brands, startups, technology companies, investors, media, and analysts. Shoptalk Europe 2022 also featured Groceryshop — the leading event for grocery and FMCG.
Ecommerce Europe’s Secretariat and members attended inspiring conferences on different aspects on e-commerce, ranging from the industry’s constant search and investment in the best customer ecosystem to the inclusion of sustainability in all retail-related processes and the evolution of retail payments. The rich programme included presentations about the meaning of omnichannel commerce and the importance of partnerships to build an ecosystem inducive to steady growth of all actors.
On the last day of the show, Ecommerce Europe had the chance to host its hybrid General Assembly at ExCel London’s premises.
