On 17 February 2018, the new e-commerce exposition and conference Net&Work will be opening its doors to the public. The Net&Work is organized by our German e-commerce association Händlerbund and will cover all aspects of online retailing.
The German e-commerce association Händlerbund has organized a new exposition and conference on everything concerning e-commerce. On 17 February 2018, the Net&Work will open its doors for the first time. The event will be held at Dortmund’s Westfalenhalle and features five themed sections (Online Marketing, Logistics, Marketplaces, Payment&Safety, Shopsystems), covering all aspects of online retailing. In these so-called ‘worlds’, experts will present current problems and solutions. Additionally, a packed program on two stages will provide visitors with further information on the e-commerce scene in general.
Attendees get the chance of networking with experts and other e-tailers
Ex-stuntman and entrepreneur Jochen Schweizer, who founded the eponymous company that offers experience vouchers, will open the event with his keynote “Take risks, conquer fear, break boundaries”. Notable speakers are David Görges (Borussia Dortmund), Hannes Rogall (easyCredit), Diana Versteege (shecommerce), Markus Fuchs (PayPal), Stefan Hollmann (shipcloud) and Evgenij Bazenov (Parcel One).
The five ‘worlds’ of the Net&Work will feature workshops, where speakers and e-commerce-experts answer questions, present solutions to common problems and use their own experience to provide the visitors with best practices. Additionally, three round-table areas offer the opportunity to have an in-depth talk with the experts and share experiences with other e-tailers.
Händlerbund’s latest step in professionalizing e-tailers
With the Net&Work exposition and conference, Händlerbund moves its ambitions forward to help the professionalization of small to mid-sized online retailers. Up until this point, the German e-commerce association has organized smaller events like the networking event “Treffpunkt E-Commerce” and the conference series “Training Day”, visiting different cities in Germany and teaching online retailers the Do’s and Don’ts of the business.
Tickets will be €99.00 for online retailers and €249.00 for service providers. Catering is included in each ticket. By entering the code “ecomeurope_network” you will receive 50% discount on the tickets. Händlerbund is also cooperating with plentymarkets and offers a combi-ticket for the Net&Work and the plentymarkets Kongress for €179.00.
