Would you like to get to know your peers and share knowledge with them? Give the Rould Table on March 27 a shot. Members and Business Partners of Ecommerce Europe can join the Round Tables for free. Dine  in Copenhagen with your peers in a relaxed environment, where various topics will be discussed with cross-border e-commerce as main theme. In between the courses inspirational speakers will present their views. The round table in Copenhagen will explore the theme: Cross-border e-commerce.

This edition of the Round Tables will take place in Copenhagen and is hosted by Ecommerce Europe, E-commercefacts.com and the National Association of the hosting country, FDIH, Denmark. Each edition takes place in a different country. There is a limit of 20-30 retailers per evening.

*10 Lessons Learned in the Global E-Commerce Game What is the status of e-commerce in Europe? What are the key developments in the European, American and Asian e-commerce zones? How will e-commerce develop towards 2020? Jorij will share his 10 lessons learned on how companies can prepare themselves on the global e-commerce game, based on Shopping2020 research and recent trips to Silicon Valley, Beijing and New York.

Speaker: Jorij Abraham,Ecommerce Europe

Jorij Abraham was eCommerce manager at the Bijenkorf, TUI and online publisher Sanoma Media. From 2010 onwards, he was responsible for consulting at Unic. He assisted organizations in executing their omni-channel organisation and implementation of their eCommerce platform. Jorij is co-founder of the eCommerce Foundation, a non-profit organization that focuses on helping organizations improve their eCommerce activities. At this moment, he is working at Thuiswinkel.org as program manager for Shopping 2020 and Director of Research & Advise. He is also responsible for the research programs of Ecommerce Europe

** E-commerce like China in your hand To make Danish products more available on the vast Chinese market, Post Danmark is in the process of launching a Danish pavillion on ULE e-commerce platform in collaboration with China Post and FDIH. The aim is to increase the flow of letters and parcels from Denmark to China and make China an attractive market for e-commerce. Poul Skovgaard will take you through the idea behind the concept from initial stages and draw on the perspective of all stakeholders.

Speaker : Poul Skovgaard,Senior Chief Consultant, Post Danmark

Poul is advisor in International Business development by the Danish Post  (Post Danmark A/S) and a.o project lead on major e-commerce project with China Post. He has more than 25 years experience from the international freight forwarding industry  with emphasize on innovation & marketing and hold a master degree in marketing strategy and a IATA/FIATA freight forwarding diploma.  Along the path we was the first Dane ever to be nominated for DB Schenker global management program IDP . Most recently he has been set to censor MBA students in supply chain management at the Copenhagen Business School.
