The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly accelerated the growth of e-commerce in Poland. Currently 84% of Internet users buy online. Such growth in the number of e-buyers causes changes in shopping habits regarding the e-commerce channel. New e-customers are very demanding especially in terms of usability and mobility of e-stores, shopping platforms or applications. Payment and delivery methods are also very important for them. Buying habits have changed, e-customers are convinced that they are able to switch the shopping form easily. Now brands must meet their expectations.
